What are the steps for buying a Gift Certificate?
- Clicks the Buy Gift Certificate button.
- Enter your details in the form.
- Buyer clicks the Buy Gift Certificate with PayPal button.
- Review the transaction details on the checkout page. Either log into PayPal with your account credentials or click the Click Here button and provides credit or debit card payment information & billing address if you do not have a PayPal account.
- Click Continue.
- Approve a funding source and click Pay to submit his gift certificate purchase.
- You will then be directed to the You Made a Payment page.
- You has the option to purchase another gift certificate or click the Done button.
What are the steps for redeeming a Gift Certificaticate?
- Gift certificate recipients will be able to access BGGE Gift Shop's Redeemption Center by website in several ways:
- Clicking the Start Shopping button in emailed Gift Certificates
- Clicking the Go Shopping link on their Redemption Codes page within their PayPal account.
- Manually typing http://www.bgge.com/gift_shop.html into a web browser
- When recipients has finished adding an item(s) to the shopping cart, they will click the checkout button and select PayPal as the funding source. (This and the following steps will vary dependent on how they access BGGE Gift Shop.)
- The recipient verifies the payment details on the Review Your PayPal Information page.
- Recipient selects a gift certificate by clicking the Select Code button or by entering a redemption code in the field provided.
- Recipient selects or adds a confirmed shipping address.
- Recipient clicks Continue Checkout.
- Once the recipient has completed his purchase, he will receive an email notification of the payment.
Do I need a PayPal account to redeem a Gift Certificate / Card?
Recipients must have a PayPal account or sign up for one in order to
redeem their gift certificates. When a Gift Certificate is delivered to the recipient, instructions are given on how to redeem it. This safeguard is intended to protect all parties involved.
Recipients do not need a PayPal account to redeem a Gift Card. Buyers do not need a PayPal account to purchase a Gift Certificate or Gift Card.
What should I know about personalized Gift Certificates
Gift Certificate buyers should not include a recipient email address if they are not sure who they will give the gift certificate to, or if they plan to print and personally deliver it.
If a recipient’s email address is indicated on a printed gift certificate, it may be redeemed only by the owner of that email address.
Are there limitations on the use of Certificates / Cards?
Yes. The Gift Certificate / Card is not a credit Card. They may not be used for illegal transactions or for any type of pre-authorized transactions such as recurring monthly payments, dues or fees.
What can be done about lost or stolen Certificates / Cards?
BGGE Gift Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates or Cards. Treat them like cash, because they will not be replaced.
I want a refund, what can I do?
If a Gift Certificate is sent to the wrong email address or lost, it can be canceled or refunded at no charge within 60 days of the purchase date.
Once a Gift Card is delivered to your home, the purchase price paid for the Gift Card is non-refundable. In the event of a damaged card at delivery, a replacement will be made. You must contact us immediately. The gift card number will be cancelled, and a new one will be re-issued.
